The Emergency Management Committee (EMC) is a group of Blackhawk Ranch property owners who work together to develop proactive and reactive procedures to mitigate emergency situations on the Ranch. Roads
The mission of the Roads Committee is to maintain and improve the condition of the roads on Blackhawk Ranch, and to contract for snow removal.
